The Grand Ducal Police have reported that, on Tuesday 20 December 2022, at around 17:00, they received a report of an armed attack on a jeweller's shop on Rue Glesener in Luxembourg-ville.
The police confirmed that, following the crime, the perpetrator fled on foot in the direction of the station district.
The perpetrator was described as being of large stature, was dressed in black and wore a blue sweater.
A comprehensive search was immediately launched. The police asked the public to report immediately any suspicious persons to the police via the emergency number tel: 113.
