Progress on Commissioning of New Patton Bridge in Ettelbruck

On Friday 26 March 2021, the Administration des Ponts et Chaussées in Luxembourg confirmed that the work relating to the new Patton bridge and the deconstruction of the old Patton bridge in Ettelbruck will be completed during the summer of 2021. 

The progress of the work already allows the commissioning of the structure, from Monday 29 March 2021. From today, the road towards Diekirch is also open to traffic.

From Monday 29 March 2021, from 09:00, road users will be able to use two traffic lanes (one in the direction of Diekirch, the other in the direction of Ettelbruck), the third being used for works of deconstruction of the old structure and this until the end of the works on site.
