The Alfa Hotel site in Luxembourg is set to join Marriott Hotels in the coming years following renovation.
The owners of the Alfa building at the Luxembourg-Gare, Alfa Place de la Gare S.A. and Alfa Gestion S.A., have successfully signed a long-term lease agreement with the Luxembourg operating company, Luxembourg Hotel Management S.A. (16, Place de la Gare, L-1616 Luxembourg).
The Alfa hotel, which operated until 2017 as a hotel by the Accor Group under the Mercure brand, will be renovated and subsequently run by Marriott as Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa.
The re-opening is scheduled for 2021.
