On Friday morning, two perpetrators tried to rob a jewellery store in Ettelbrück.
The incident happened at around 10:00 when two men went into the shop and used pepper spray against the shop staff. Both men fled on foot towards the rue de la Synagoge.
The shop staff described the men, the first of pale skin, of short stature and wearing a blue jacket and carrying a black backpack, and the second also of pale skin and brown hair, of sturdy build and wearing a black jacket and a black cap.
No details were released if they managed to get away with any stock from the shop.
