On Thursday evening, a brawl brke out between several people in the accommodation for asylum applicants along route d'Esch in Luxembourg City.
What began as an initial dispute between two people developed into a fight involving several other people and the police were called in.
Upon the arrival of police on the scene, the individuals involved in the fight began throwing various objects and it took several minutes for the situation to be brought under control. Six people were held under arrest for the disruption.
A total of 20 police officers were involved in the operation.
