The police are looking for witnesses to an incident that took place on the morning of Monday 4 April 2016 on rue du Canal, direction Ehlerange, during which a lorry lost its cargo of scrap metal.
The lorry carrying scrap metal and shredded metal pieces began losing its smaller metal pieces in Esch-sur-Alzette between the roundabout on boulevard Prince Henri and the roundabout nearer the car garage.
Although the incident was reported and the route quickly cleaned, two drivers have already filed law-suits as their tyres were reportedly punctured by the metal fragments.
The police are now asking the public with any information regarding the lorry such as number plate or company to contact the police by calling 4997-5500.
