On Thursday morning, one of the buildings at the Limpertsberg campus of the University of Luxembourg on the Avenue de la Faiencerie was evacuated following the discovery of a bag that was thought to be abandoned.

The incident happened shortly after 09:30. After the arrival of the police and a bomb disposal unit, they determined that the bag and its contents did not pose a threat; it was found to contain items of clothing.
