In preparation for the national Diversity Day taking place on Thursday 12 May 2016, Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg have launched a new video campaign that they are inviting businesses and individuals to share on social media, by email or throughout companies.
The video shows various individuals, including Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and Minister for Family and Integration Corinne Cahen, of various nationalities explaining in a range of languages the motivations behind the Diversity Day concept and why they will be participating.
Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg is also encouraging organisations to take part in the day itself through a variety of actions suggested in the Diversity Day preparation kit. These actions will be integrated into the visit programme of Corinne Cahen who will be on the ground on 12 May 2016 to see what steps have been taken. To be among the organisations receiving an official visit, communicate your actions to the Diversity Charter here before 18 April 2016.
Diversity Day 2016 will be closed by the sixth official signing of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, as well as a conference on one of the aspects of diversity.
