Three women were stopped by police outside of a shop in Esch-sur-Alzette after attempting to steal 1,900€ worth of merchandise on 10 March 2016.
Around 50 garments were stolen by the women earlier this month, with the police on the lookout for the perpetrators. The three women were found after leaving the shop, with one of the offenders found carrying two bags filled with clothes stolen from two different shops. The clothes held price tags and anti-theft devices, and were worth a combined total of 1,900€.
The prosecution was informed and ordered the arrest of the three women involved.
