The American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM) has announced that its Entrepreneurial Committee is organising, in cooperation with EY, a webinar for small and medium-sized businesses on Tuesday 11 May 2021 at 12:15.
This event aims to help new and growing businesses fully leverage every component of their business plan to reveal opportunities and add potential. Using current examples of business successes and failures, presenters Kevin D’Antonio and Alexander Sidorov from EY will highlight critical elements, context and uses of the business plan. Particular attention will be given to its importance in helping crystalise a vision and matching it to identified target markets to reduce risks.
Participants will have the opportunity to break into small groups following the main presentation. Each breakout group will be led by a business expert in a variety of fields.
Speakers
Alexander Sidorov is a Manager in the Strategy and Transactions department of EY Luxembourg focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial due diligence. He is also part of EY’s start and scale-up programme EYnovation where he is responsible for fundraising and business plan-related solutions. He holds a Master Degree in Business Economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Management and Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Kevin d’Antonio is Senior Manager in the Consulting department and is in charge of leading Strategy Consulting activities within EY Luxembourg. From his experience in Consumer, Technology and Life Sciences industries, he has helped a wide range of clients from early stage startups to fast growing companies in managing end-to-end their strategic transactions and commercial deals while developing business and go-to-market strategies. He also leads the consulting activities of the scale-up programme EYnovation.
