On Tuesday 15 October 2019, over 80 guests gathered in the new Losch Lamborghini / Bentley garage in Luxembourg-Gasperich for a networking evening organised by the Real Estate Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) of Luxembourg and the Banque et Caisse d'Épargne de l'État (BCEE or Spuerkeess).
On this occasion, Chairman of the Real Estate Committee and DSM partner, Me. Mario di Stefano, asked the question: "Is Investing in Residential Real Estate in Luxembourg a good idea?” The BCEE's Alexandra Turner, Charles Pletsch and Norbert Brausch then gave a talk aimed at answering this question. The main take away from the event was that there is no real estate bubble in Luxembourg.
The talk was followed by a buffet sponsored by the Losch group and a wine tasting by Secret Wines/Relais de Cave in Moutfort.
Norbert Brausch (BCEE) commented: “For us [at] Spuerkeess, it was the first time that we had the chance to present ourselves and our core-business to this audience. It was a pleasant experience as the crowd was very focused during the whole presentation and came up afterwards with interesting questions".
