Luxembourg Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Minister of Immigration and Asylum, Jean Asselborn will be awarded a 'honoris causa' doctorate by the President of Universiapolis - Université Internationale d'Agadir tomorrow, Saturday 31 October 2015.
The honorary degree will be presented by Aziz Bouslikhane, President of Universiapolis. The Université Internationale d’Agadir was founded in 1989 and covers several fields of knowledge, engineering management, tourism and communication. The University hosts nearly 1,200 foreign students spanning 15 countries, and is closely linked to Luxembourg through collaboration with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST).
Minister Asselborn will deliver a speech at the graduation ceremony, in which he will address the important of cooperation in the field of education as well as bilateral relations between Morocco and Luxembourg.
