The Town Hall of Rodemack and ASCAR have announced that the Tourist Office is participating in the first edition of the Rodemackoises Tablées this Sunday, 29 August 2021.

The formula is straight-forward: a meal, drinks and family entertainment...

Free guided tours are being offered by the Tourist Office throughout the day, for young and old (sanitary pass mandatory, upon reservation, within the limits of available places), as well as on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 September.

- Village tours @ 10:30 & 17:00
- History of the Citadel tours @ 11:00 & 16:30
- for children (6-12 yrs) @ 13:30 & 15:30
- storytelling walk for children (3-8 yrs) @ 14:00 & 15:00

The medieval village of Rodemack is known as the "little Carcassonne of Lorraine". It boasts an impressive citadel and is surrounded by 700 m of ramparts dating from the 15th century. The history of the village can be traced through official archives back to 880.
