Details:

The NETWORK, Luxembourg's oldest international professional business women's association, is organising its second event of the year on Wednesday 24 February 2021, from 19:00; the association will address the role of men in promoting gender equality in the workplace.

A more diverse and inclusive workplace is seen as critical to success of organisations. However, even with senior leadership sponsorship, efforts to implement better inclusion outcomes often fall on female members of the workforce. Why is that and what can be done to change it?

The online event "It's Not All About Women" will see The NETWORK team up with Men for Inclusion, a Luxembourg-based non-profit aiming to connect male ally groups across organisations and sectors, to address the subject of workplace gender equality.

During this interactive panel discussion with Brian Ballantyne and Gary Ford, Co-Founders of Men for Inclusion, participants will explore this subject with both male and female business leaders who have tried to shift cultures in their organisations and make this a priority for all genders, not just women.

The NETWORK is encouraging all its members to bring a man to the discussion (for a small donation to the Charity Pot). There will also be the opportunity of receiving a free copy of Brian Ballantyne's book "Confessions of a Working Father".

The event is free for The NETWORK members and €6.28 (minimum donation) for non-members. All proceeds will be donated to The NETWORK Charity Pot.

To attend, register on Eventbrite by 12:00 on Monday 22 February 2021.
