The British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) People and Leadership Group is holding the first in a series of four workshops, "Engaging Your Employees: The Value of Values", on Wednesday 11 March 2020 from 08:30 to 10:00 at Silversquare (21 Rue Glesener, L-1631 Luxembourg).
This interactive workshop will look at personal values and how they shape our decisions and behaviours. It will also question the value of corporate values. How can they best be lived in organisations? And what are the consequences of a mismatch between personal and corporate values? Similarly, participants will explore how to overcome any misalignment and consider whether employees can ever truly engage in a values-driven work environment.
The event begins at 08:30 with registration, networking and refreshments. The session begins at 09:00 and is scheduled to end at 10:00.
