Details:

UK artist Neneh Cherry will perform at this year's "Bock op..." festival, on Friday 21 June at neimënster.

Following the success of last year, neimënster is bringing back the festival "Bock op...", which replaces the OMNI festival. In a spirit of permanent openness, the shows proposed by neimënster are aimed at a large family audience attracted by the convivial character of the concerts and animated by values of respect and tolerance.

Among the confirmed artists for the 2019 edition of the festival is Neneh Cherry. The daughter of a Swedish artist and the musician Ahmadu Jah, daughter-in-law of jazzman Don Cherry, Neneh Cherry grew up between Sweden and England. From her beginnings to today, she draws upon the fusion of all sorts of influences, from hip-hop and jazz to R&B and pop music. A free spirit, Neneh Cherry has built a reputation as an activist who uses her voice to defend the causes close to her heart.

Tickets for the show cost €30 (€1.50 with the Culture Pass).
