Details: The Danish Church in Luxembourg is organising a Gospel Workshop on Saturday 24 January from 10:00 - 14:00 and Sunday 25 January at 12:30 for the gospel service.
No voice is too small, too loud, neither worn out or not good enough - the Gospel Workshop is open for everybody and is free of charge; it is being held at the Protestant Church (5 Rue de la Congrégation, L-1352 Luxembourg).
After the workshop a small refreshment will be offered.
The Danish Church in Luxembourg is associated with the “Danish Seamen's Church Abroad” (DSUK) and with the Church of Denmark. The first Danish service in Luxembourg was held in 1974. In subsequent years the congregation grew so much that it was time to talk about having a permanent priest, and in 1994 it became a reality. Thanks to good support from the Danish Church Abroad (today: DSUK), a vicarage was acquired, a priest hired, and the Danish Church in Luxembourg was registered as a Luxembourg non-profit organisation (a.s.b.l.). The Danish Church in Luxembourg is operating like an ordinary Danish parish church, with three monthly services, baptism, marriages and funerals, as well as many cultural and social activities taking place in and around the Church.
