Details: The New World Theatre Club (NWTC) is hosting two very different workshops on Sunday 24 January at the Chateau de Bourglinster, led by playwright, director and theatrical educator Janice Dunn who will be in Luxembourg for her production Finding Sophie.
The two workshops are:
(1) Sun 24 Jan @ 10:00 - 12:00: Toolkit for fixing connections: Have you ever wanted to have a go at directing? Would you like to explore ways in which to connect with the actors when you direct? By using practical and effective methods, Janice will help you to build up strong connections in order to bring characters to life. No experience necessary - all welcome from beginners through to experienced directors. Cost €30 (€25 NWTC members; €20 students)
(2) Sun 24 Jan @ 14:00 - 16:00: Express your vision: As a playwright herself, Janice knows that putting pen to paper can be a daunting and frustrating task! Come along and navigate ways to turn mind into meaning and develop your ideas practically. All welcome. Cost €30 (€25 NWTC members; €20 students)
