As part of the 2015 Sonic Visions Festival, the non-profit organisation Nöize Collective will be holding 'Metal Day' tomorrow, Thursday 12 November 2015, at the Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette.
The Nöize Collective association has been supporting and promoting Luxembourg's metal scene since 2006 and is comprised of the four bands of Scarred, An Apple a Day, My Retrace Fragments and Cosmogon. The non-profit additionally promotes exchange between musicians from different countries by inviting European groups to events taking place in the Grand Duchy. In this way, a network of contracts is created between varous national and international music groups, concerts and festivals, promoting the metal genre at home and abroad. The association was the organiser of the first ever heavy metal rock event at the Philharmonie Luxembourg.
Thursday's Metal Day will feature conferences and a concert complete with seven bands. During the conference, hosted by Olaf Furniss, music experts such as agents, managers and promoters, will share their experiences and advice with different artists before 8 music professionals from the music and extreme genres perform a meet and greet. Pre-reservations for this event are recommended and can be done by contacting mr@rockhal.lu.
At 20:00, seven metal groups will take to the stage for fierce perfomances:

- Retrace my Fragments (LUX)
- Deficiency (FRA)
- Miles to Perdition (LUX)
