Details: Following the success of the first Fete Des Vins de Moselle in April 2014, Sunday 19 April 2015 will see the 2nd edition taking place in the Nord Mosellan region, between 11:00 and 18:00.
The event is organised by Moselle Tourisme and is taking place in Contz-les-Bains, the next village south of Schengen, in France.
More than 80 wines will be available for sampling and for purchase. Access to the event is free, but the tastings will be offered to holders of an "AOC Moselle / Guy Degrenne" glass on sale at €5.
Apart from tasting wines from vineyards and wineries located in the three countries along the Moselle, as well as other local produce, the event will also see various entertainments throughout the day.
Yves Licht, Mayor of Contz-les-Bains, Laurent Steichen, Président de la Communauté de Communes des 3 Frontières, and Bernard Hertzog, Président de Moselle Tourisme, will all officiate at the event.
