Details: This spring, St George’s will be holding three Open Evenings to give students and their parents an in-depth look at the Secondary curriculum and the options offered to students ages 11 and up.
The events will be open to the public, are free of charge and will be conducted in English. They are being held at St George’s International School, Luxembourg ASBL (11 rue des Peupliers, L-2328 Luxembourg-Hamm) in the Barthel Hall.
Thursday, 26 February 2015 @ 18:00 - 19:30: Key Stage 4 (Year 10-11) Information Open Evening. This Open Evening gives parents and students (Years 10 & 11) the opportunity to find out about the Higher Secondary curriculum at St George’s. This event is aimed towards students ages 13 and 14 who wish to follow the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). All are welcome to attend.
Thursday, 12 March 2015 @ 18:00 - 19:30: Key Stage 5 (Year 12-13) Information Open Evening. This Open Evening gives parents and students (Years 12 & 13) the opportunity to find out about the pre-university curriculum at St George’s. This event is aimed towards students ages 15 and 16 who wish to follow the A-Level programme. All are welcome to attend.
Thursday, 23 April 2015 @ 18:00 - 19:30: Year 6 (Last Year of Primary) to Year 7 (First Year of Secondary) Transition Evening. This is an opportunity for parents and students to find out about the Lower Secondary curriculum at St George’s. This event is aimed towards students ages 10 and 11 who are finishing their Primary education. All are welcome to attend.
