Details: French rap artist, Maître Gims will perform a concert at Rockhal on 22 November 2015, as part of his Warano Tour, with tickets going on sale on Friday 19 December at 10:00.
He will be presenting tracks from his first solo album “Subliminal”, which was released in 2013, selling more than 800,000 copies and got to number one in the French album and single sales charts. His top solo hits include “Bella”, “J’me tire”, “Changer”, “One Shot” and the smash hit “Zombie”, available on YouTube, which is from a re-edition of the record “La Face Cachée” that has been released as well.
Born in 1986 in Kinshasa and brought up in Paris, Maître Gims was the leader of rap combo Sexion d’Assaut, along with Black M and Maska. Together, they sold 2.5 million records, before Maître Gims left to try a solo career in 2013.
Aside from being a rapper, Maître Gims is also a producer, designer and businessman, having just founded his own production label at Universal.
