Details: Service design: Gain competitive advantage over your competitors
Luxinnovation, the Luxembourg School for Commerce and the Public Research Centre Henri Tudor, have announced that they are organising a 5-day advanced training course in Service Design Management offered for the first time in Luxembourg; this course will be delivered by Livework, the #1 design agency in the UK.
70% of innovative products and services fail because of a simple reason: they did not respond to customers’ needs. Successful products and services fulfil both direct and indirect needs of their users. For instance, a client who buys an iPhone does not buy only the phone, but also the specific user experience that the connected services provide through Itunes and the App Store or the service quality of the aftersales support. This contributes to ensure the costumer’s loyalty over time. Let’s not forget that 89% of clients who have a poor customer experience turn to a competitor for the next purchase. Service Design Management allows you to better understand what your clients really want, and to design an improved customer experience that will give you a competitive advantage over your competitors.
Discover and learn how to use a broad set of tools and techniques that will help you to:
- obtain in-depth insights from your customers to better understand their real needs;
- design a ‘WOW’ experience for your customers that will answer their “hidden” needs and make your offer stand out from that of your competitors;
- align your new offer with your existing business model and internal capabilities;
- generate new sales and increased profitability.
This training offers you a unique opportunity to learn how to offer to your clients a product/service that corresponds to what they really want and provides a high-quality solution to their problems.
The course is split over 5 days (08:30 - 17:30) and is being held at the Chambre de Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
