Details: Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced that it is organising a seminar on intellectual property on Monday 27 October from 09:00 - 16:30 at the Public Research Centre Henri Tudor (29 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg-Kirchberg).
The Office of Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Economy is organising the seminar (in English) that will focus on several aspects of intellectual property. The morning session will focus on the services and activities of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which whill also participate, for the first time.
The afternoon session will focus on arbitration and mediation services of the same organisation (WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center), mediation services of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) and arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and the Center of Civil and Commercial Mediation Centre (CMCC) in Luxembourg.
The event is jointly organised by the Intellectual Property Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property.
The presentations from different speakers will be in English (no translation service will be provided).
