Details: The Indian Association Luxembourg asbl has announced that it is organising a commemorative ceremony to celebrate the 145th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Father of the Nation, on Thursday 2 October 2014.
The event will take place at 18:00 at Mahatma Gandhi's statue in Luxembourg City Municipal Park.
India's Honorary Consul General, Mr Ambi Venkataraman, will be the guest Speaker.
Family and friends are welcome to attend.
Venue: Mahatma Gandhi's statue in Luxembourg City Municipal Park (opposite the Luxembourg City Synagogue on Avenue Monterey, before the Avenue du X Septembre - Grand Duchess Charlotte intersection).
