Details: A major event forum will take place in Luxembourg on 8 May 2015 at the DoubleTree By Hilton hotel.
For its first edition, Lux' Imice aims at being the one-stop-shop forum in Luxembourg for planners, who book meetings, events and incentive travel programmes in Europe and worldwide.
Organised by hospitality and meeting professionals for meeting professionals, they are offering a networking opportunity for future event purposes, for both buyers and sellers. Buyers will also have the possibility to attend enriching seminars related to the MICE activity and presentations from Sponsors.
Format of the Forum:
• Highly efficient one-day event focused on the meetings, incentives, conference and events (MICE) options in Europe.
• Every buyer commits to a minimum of 8 pre-scheduled face-to-face appointments with the top MICE suppliers - Maximum 10 (if half day presence, minimum 4 / maximum 5 appointments).
• The ideal way to do business: the buyers choose 5 Exhibitors they want to meet, ensuring your meetings are highly relevant (3 for half-day attendance). Each appointment lasts 18-20 minutes
• Besides the formal business meetings, the social programme includes a breakfast presentation, educational sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and a closing cocktail for further networking Sponsorship opportunities. It is compulsory for both half- or full day buyers to attend the sponsor presentations, one education session and the lunch.
