Details: Within the Human Rights Lecture Series, organised by UNESCO at the University of Luxembourg, Wolfgang Benedek, Director of the Institute of International Law and International Relations as well as the UNI-ETC, University of Graz, will hold the conference “Human Rights and User Rights in the Internet”.
