Europa-Union Luxembourg (EUL), Young European Federalists Luxembourg (Jeunes Européens Fédéralistes - JEF Luxembourg) and The Diplomatic Council (DC) Luxembourg ASBL will host a conference on Space security and hybrid threats on Wednesday 25 February 2026, at 19:00 at the Foyer Européen in Luxembourg-Gare.
The conference, titled “Let's talk about Europe! – Space security and hybrid threats”, will feature a panel discussion and include contributions from Jochen M Richter, co-editor of the book ‘Space Security’, member of EUL and Diplomatic Council, Professor Anna-Lena Högenauer of the University of Luxembourg, Rafal Hykawy, Business Manager at the Embassy of Poland, and Nicolas Zharov, President of LUkraine Asbl.
The event will be held in English. However, audience questions during discussion can be submitted in German or Luxembourgish.
The organisers stress that spaces are limited and participation is only possible after registration is confirmed.
