The Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) will host the fourth edition of the Ukraine Resilience Business Forum on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, from 08:30 to 17:45.

The forum brings together public and private sector leaders to explore investment opportunities, reconstruction strategies and regulatory alignment in the context of Ukraine’s European path.

Past editions have welcomed senior representatives from EU institutions, development banks, national governments and leading international companies.

The programme will include a plenary session and a series of panel discussions:

  • Plenary: Ukraine's Resilience - Economy & Financing
    - GDP growth projections (2.5% in 2025, 2.0% in 2026), inflation management and fiscal stability;
    - External financing: multilateral, bilateral and private sector participation;
    - Investment climate improvements: regulatory reform, transparency and investor protection.

  • Panel Highlights:
    - Business Climate: EU accession prospects, market integration and trade opportunities;
    - Intellectual Capital: public–private partnerships, skills development, workforce inclusion, feedback from ADEM and Luxembourg’s Ministry of Labour;
    - ESG & Green Financing: sustainable reconstruction, green bonds, energy transition and EU compliance;
    - Industrial Cooperation & Technology Transfer: NATO/EU standards, dual-use technologies and cybersecurity collaboration.

Registration to the event is free but pre-registration is required. 

Places are subject to availability and the organisers have stated that priority will be given to LUCC members.
