On Thursday 24 April 2025, the Luxembourg Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) will host a panel discussion exploring the evolving landscape of private debt at the premises of Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg-Ville, starting at 10:30.
The event, held in collaboration with Elvinger Hoss Prussen, Deloitte and Langham Hall, will bring together experts in the field of private debt to provide insights into the sector's recent developments, regulatory frameworks and practical aspects of structuring and managing private debt investments. Panellists will also discuss key considerations for investors, including risk assessment, fund administration and the broader European market context.
Speakers at the event will include: Partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen, Thibaut Partsch, who will discuss regulatory frameworks and legal considerations in private debt; Partner at Deloitte, Philippe Lenges, who will discuss risk assessment, audit perspectives and tax structuring in different jurisdictions; and Partner at Langham Hall, Maria Thorsted, who will talk about fund administration, servicing debt and operational challenges.
