The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce will host an "Info Day", as part of its preparations for participation in World Expo 2025 in Osaka, on Tuesday 25 February 2025 on its premises in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, from 14:30 to 18:00.
According to the organisers, this event will be dedicated to presenting the entire economic programme, which includes three official trade missions, organised by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, in close collaboration with Luxembourg’s Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Embassy of Luxembourg in Japan, within the context of the World Expo.
“In addition to gaining detailed insights into the upcoming trade missions, participants will have the opportunity to attend a seminar on ‘How to do Business in Japan?’. This session will provide a unique opportunity to explore key cultural norms and best practices when doing business in Japan,” noted the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
The event will begin at 14:30 and the programme includes:
- Welcome remarks & presentation of economic programme by Cindy Tereba, CTO & Director International Affairs at Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce;
- Introductory remarks by Tadahiro Matsubara, Ambassador of Japan in Luxembourg;
- “Navigating the cultural aspect while doing business in Japan” by Marc Jacobs, Associate Partner at TheCultureFactor Group;
- Company Testimonial: “How to do business in Japan – practical insights and tips!” - by Artyom Yukhin, President and CEO at Artec 3D;
- Networking Reception, with dedicated information stands for further information on the economic programme and the Luxembourg pavilion: Embassy of Japan in Luxembourg; Sakura Voyages Travel Agency; Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce; Tsume Art; Nonbé; iSpace.
