Details:

The Orchestre de Chambre du Luxembourg (OCL) is putting on "At the Heart of Music: A 360° Concert" at the CAPE - Centre des Arts Pluriels Ettelbruck on Sunday 15 December 2024, at 16:00 and again at 18:00.

In the spirit of pushing the boundaries of classical music, the OCL musicians are taking to the stage to offer audiences an unusual symphonic experience. Through multiple styles and bringing together some of the most beautiful pages of orchestral music, the OCL is presenting a concert without a conductor, a close encounter with the public where, seated within the orchestra, the listener will be plunged into an often-imagined world and discover all its facets.

The concert is suitable for all ages, and features extracts of:

- Felix Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 4 "Italian"
Piotr Ilitch Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings
- Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 7
George Enescu's Decet for Winds
Claude Debussy's Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun
- Max Richter's The Four Seasons "Winter"

Tickets cost €36; €18 reduced; €1.50 with a Kulturpass. See: https://cape.lu/rotundus/13980
