The 84th Škoda Tour de Luxembourg takes place from 18 to 22 September 2024, with some of the world’s best teams and riders once again offering fans an exciting spectacle on the roads of Luxembourg.
The five-stage event will cover a total distance of 705.1 kms and will take place as follows:
- Wed 18 Sep @ 13:00 - 17:00: around Luxembourg city (156.4 km)
- Thu 19 Sep @ 13:00 - 17:00: from Junglinster to Schifflange (155.0 km)
- Fri 20 Sep @ 12:15 - : from Rosport to Diekirch (201.3 km)
- Sat 21 Sep @ 13:50 - 16:20: individual time trial around Differdange (15.5 km)
- Sun 22 Sep @ 11:00 - 16:00: from Mersch to Luxembourg (176.9 km)
While the 2024 list of entrants is not yet confirmed, the 2023 race saw a total of 20 teams, each with six riders: twelve UCI WorldTeams, six UCI ProTeams and two UCI Continental Teams.
Since Andy Schleck, winner of the 2010 Tour de France, and his team took over the presidency of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg in 2017, the race has been growing rapidly. For the past four years, it has been part of the UCI ProSeries, the second highest league in international cycling.
