Details: The BeNeLux Branch of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) is organising a "Lunch & Learn" event on Thursday 6 June 2013 at the Cercle Munster in Luxembourg-Grund from 12:00 - 14:00.

The lunch presentation will be delivered by Olivier Gaston-Braud, Counsel at Elvinger Hoss & Prussen, and is entitled "The Financial Transaction Tax - Why should you be concerned?"

Olivier Gaston-Braud has specialised for more than ten years in corporate tax, transactional and investment related tax matters including international tax planning, M&A, private wealth planning, both in direct and indirect taxes, as well as in transactional corporate aspects, and regulatory matters. He is now Counsel with Elvinger Hoss & Prussen having previously worked for four years at MOLITOR and prior to that as head of corporate and tax structuring within a Luxembourg bank active in the Nordic market.

the event is aimed at everyone involved in wealth planning and preservation, e.g. estate and trust professionals, lawyers, accountants, trust officers, current STEP members, applicants and other providers of ancillary services.

Numbers are limited and will be allocated on a first-come/first-served basis. Please note that cancellations must be received in writing at least 48 hours before the event, otherwise we will be obliged to charge a full cancellation fee.
