The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) is organising its ALFI Seminar on AML/CFT Compliance at the Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg on Tuesday 3 December 2024.
As reported by ALFI, its technical events and webinars offer rare insights into particularly technical issues, focus on state-of-the-art industry practices and best-in-class approaches and deliver only the latest content for a real educational value.
AML/CFT remains a critical area of focus in the financial industry. AML/CFT regulations impacting funds are subject to ongoing changes and updates in terms of requirements. In order to maintain an efficient sectorial approach in this regard, the fund industry continuously adapts to these evolutions.
The programme will focus on compliance with AML regulations to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing in relation to fund operations.
This is an in-person, half-day (afternoon) event. Sessions are held in English.
