Details: The next Power Lunch organised by Tower Training is being held on Thursday 23 May 2103 from 12:00 at the NH Hotel in Findel, with guest speaker Sebastian Eberwein, Managing Partner Franklin Covey BeNeLux, answering the question: How can this bring quality into my life?
Effectiveness – especially organisational effectiveness (meaning employee productivity) continues to be a hot topic on many management team agendas and is still mainly related to cost cutting. The organisational demand on every employee has been steadily rising – creating pressure that leads to loss of work-life-balance and later to burn-out. Yet, despite its relevance, we hear little from both employee and organisational perspective on the subject.
In this Power Lunch, Sebastian will present questions such as: What is Effectiveness? To whom does it apply – leaders, employees, private persons? How can it help me to focus on a daily basis? How can I align my own life compass with the organizational needs? What can I do to bring quality into my private life despite the increasing organizational demands?
Participants will be provided with background, models, and experiences to develop answers to these questions about Effectiveness. This Power Lunch will combine presentation, personal insights, demonstration and group discussion to create a rich multi-method learning experience that is sure to be a beneficial learning experience for all who attend!
