The British Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (BCC), in collaboration with Inspiring More Sustainability (IMS), is holding an event entitled "Building The Best Businesses: connecting work culture and sustainable business" on Thursday 28 September 2023 at 16:00 - 17:30 at the premises of Silversquare (21 Rue Glesener, L-1631 Luxembourg-Gare).
The guest experts will introduce their perspectives and experiences; the BCC will then connect members with experts from the fields of employee engagement and sustainability in an open, honest, problem-solving dialogue using the highly interactive "kitchen table conversation" format. Chatham House rules will apply to ensure a safe environment for discussion and exchanges.
Example questions to be explored will include: How can I best engage employees in meeting the ambitious sustainability targets of my business or organisation? Are the most sustainable businesses always those with the best work cultures? What are the cultural attributes that make for highest-performing sustainable businesses? How can I direct digitisation efforts in my organisation to best serve its sustainability objectives?
Due to the interactive format of this event, places are numbered and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
