Details:

The Siren's Call festival is returning to Neumünster Abbey (neimënster) in Luxembourg-Grund on Saturday 25 June 2022, after a COVID-19-related hiatus last year; doors open at 15:00.

On Thursday 3 March 2022, the organisers presented this year's lineup, which includes: Swedish rock band The Hives; English rockers Nothing But Thieves; Tamil-Swiss singer-songwriter Priya Ragu; Polish pianist, composer and singer Hania Rani; French singer-songwriter FishbachJosin, the musical project of German singer-songwriter-producer Arabella Rauch; Belfast-based Irish post-punk / noise rock band Enola Gay; British musical group The Howl & The Hum; Irish post-punk revival band The Clockworks; Luxembourgish rising electro-pop artist CHAiLD; Luxembourg singer-songwriter Charlotte Bridge; British-Belgian songwriting duo June Road (Harry Pane and Maia Frankowski); Nikki Ninja & Afro Beathoven (a Luxembourgish rap experience); Belgo-Congolese duo Lisette Lombé & Cloé du Trèfle.

The previous three editions of Siren's Call in 2017, 2018 and 2019 hosted a mix of new, international and local artists from multiple genres performing on various stages in the Luxembourg-Grund district. The COVID-19 pandemic forced the festival team to hibernate in 2020 and 2021 but this year will see the return of Siren's Call, with music remaining the main element of the festival, complemented by literary and artistic disciplines as well as a dedicated children's programme curated by neimënster.

As usual, the 2022 edition of the festival will feature a wide spectrum of cultural activities, in collaboration with local talents. Highlights include an immersive sound installation and the crafts of the Nuit des Lampions.

The festival market will feature local makers and designers and will give them the opportunity to present and sell their creations to the festival audience. This year, the festival will open up to more makers, creators and initiatives; those interested in contributing to this creator's market are invited to apply via email: hello@sirenscall.lu

Tickets cost €58.20. Tickets already purchased for the (cancelled) Siren's Call 2020 and 2021 editions remain valid for this new edition. Free admission for children under the age of ten.
