The Neumünster Abbey Cultural Exchange Centre (neimënster) is hosting performances of Larisa Faber's new feminist play, "stark bollock naked", from Tuesday 8 to Saturday 12 March 2022, each day at 20:00.
Developed through Luxembourgish actor and writer Larisa Faber’s residency at neimënster, this feminist creation, performed in English, addresses the current pressures of living as a woman in today’s society and fighting against the preconceived and essentialist notions of womanhood and motherhood
"stark bollock naked" features a feminist monologue by Ms Faber, a mini orchestra of gynecological instruments by Catherine Kontz and video mapping by Louise Rhoades-Brown.
The play is suitable for viewers aged sixteen and over. Trigger warning: the show contains references to suicide.
