On Tuesday 7 July 2026, Luxembourg's Ministry of Health and Social Security announced the appointment of Alain Jungen as President of the Accident Insurance Association (Association d'assurance accident - AAA) and Luxembourg's Joint Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS).
According to the ministry, Alain Jungen was appointed by Grand-Ducal decree dated Tuesday 30 June 2026 for a renewable seven-year term, effective from 14 September 2026.
Luxembourg's Health and Social Security Minister Martine Deprez congratulated Alain Jungen on his appointment and wished him every success in carrying out his new responsibilities in the service of Luxembourg's social security system.
