The MeetADEM Craft Meeting, held on Friday 1 March 2019 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Trades, brought together 33 companies.
In addition to 33 companies from different craft professions, 90 jobseekers attended this year's MeetADEM Craft Meeting, organised by the Luxembourg Chamber of Trades and the Craftsmen's Federation.
Luxembourg Minister of Labour, Employment and Social and Solidarity Economy Dan Kersch, who attended the MeetADEM Craft Meeting, thanked the participants before stressing the importance of craftsmanship for the Luxembourg economy in general. The minister also noted that concrete measures will be needed to combat the lack of qualified personnel.
The event also gave ADEM officials the opportunity to present the various measures and assistance to companies present.
Moroever, jobseekers had the opportunity to directly speak with the companies present during a Speed Dating-like activity.
