The national lifelong training portal, Lifelong-learning.lu, has announced that it continues to grow well, going from 6,600 training courses in 2015 to 10,000 training courses in 2021, representing a growth of 50% in 5 years.

In 2015, the platform had 169 member training organisations, against more than 280 identified to date, an increase of over 60%. Among the 10,000 training courses, 1,500 are offered remotely.

Over time, the training offer has diversified considerably. All sectors of the economy are covered, with training in languages, IT, business management, and personal and professional development in mind.

Training takes place remotely, in staggered hours, in the evening as well as during the day. They can be intense courses over a short time-frame or spread over several months.

The site also provides information on the possibilities of obtaining a diploma in continuing education, in particular through adult learning, as well as the system for validating prior learning.

Employment and guidance professionals alike can find training courses responding to multiple career paths as well as guidance assistance tools.
