The University of Luxembourg has announced its decision to cancel its Open Day, scheduled for Saturday 21 March 2020, following the advice of the authorities to defer large-scale public events.
Instead of the event on the Esch-Belval campus, audiovisual presentations will be made available on the website openday.uni.lu and the University of Luxembourg’s social media channels. The digital channels will offer presentations of the university and its Bachelor and Master programmes. Interested students can find detailed information in the study brochures online.
The University of Luxembourg stressed that the cancellation of the Open Day is a preventive measure; there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus among its students or staff to date.
