Luxembourg's flag carrier Luxair has reported that Luxair flights LG352 and LG3767 were cancelled on Tuesday 21 January 2025.

Flight LG352 from Sal (Cape Verde) to Luxembourg Airport was postponed by a day following a technical issue that prevented its departure. Similarly, Flight LG3767 from Luxembourg to Porto (Portugal) turned around and came back to the airport of departure.

Luxair explained that flight LG352 Sal - Luxembourg was cancelled after a technical issue was detected before the departure. As a result, the flight has been rescheduled for Wednesday 22 January 2025. Luxair reported that LuxairTours and the teams in Sal are assisting passengers affected by this cancellation, providing them with "the best possible solutions to accommodate their needs". A new flight is set to be organised today (Wednesday) to transport the passengers to Luxembourg.

Moreover, Flight LG3767 to Porto turned around and was back in Luxembourg on Tuesday. A new flight has been scheduled for Wednesday, to allow passengers affected by this cancellation to reach their destination. Luxair said the captain and crew informed the passengers, whose "safety was at no time jeopardised".

Luxair assured that it is "making every effort to avoid disruptions, but the safety of its passengers and crew remains its top priority, and in some cases, unforeseen events may affect operations".
