On Friday 23 April 2021, the Luxair Board of Directors met and renewed the mandates of Giovanni Giallombardo and Tom Weisgerber in the Cargolux Board of Directors.
In addition, the Board of Directors has newly appointed Christianne Wickler as Luxair’s representative to the Cargolux Board of Directors.
Luxair is a leading shareholder of Cargolux, owning 35.1% of the air freight company’s shares.
