LOT Polish Airlines has announced that its first flight from Warsaw in Poland to Tokyo in Japan landed this morning; the Boeing 787 Dreamliner was flying the inaugural 10-hour flight on the new Warsaw-Narita service to record the first-ever and sole link between Poland and Japan, providing a convenience for both Japanese and European passengers.
LOT will operate flights from Warsaw to Tokyo three times a week, on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and from Tokyo to Warsaw on Thursday, Saturday and Monday.
In November, LOT announced that it will commence regular flights between Luxembourg and Warsaw from 1 March 2016, with a 2-hour flying time, in a code-share with Luxair.
