The Grand Ducal Palace in Luxembourg-Ville will open its doors to the public for guided tours from 14 July to 30 August 2020.

The Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO) has announced that it is organising up to eight daily visits to the palace in several languages. The guided tours last 75 minutes and will be let by official LCTO tour guides.

This year, the guided tours will commence from in front of the LCTO tourist reception in Place Guillaume II. Details of timetables and languages ​​are available online at luxembourg-city.com. Entry tickets will go on sale tomorrow, Thursday 9 July 2020, on this website. Tickets are also available directly from the LCTO and cost €14 for adults and €7 for children aged 4-12; children under 4 go free. Part of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Fondation du GrandDuc et de la Grande-Duchesse.

People with specific needs are asked to contact the LCTO on tel.: 222-809 before purchasing a ticket.

In line with current sanitary measures, the number of people per visit is limited to ten people accompanied by one guide. Wearing a mask or other mouth and nose covering is compulsory during the entire visit, even if the two-metre interpersonal distance can be respected; children under 6 are exempt. Barrier gestures must also be applied.
