650 Tickets for City Skyliner Donated to Charitable Causes

The Place de la Constitution in Luxembourg city centre is hosting the City Skyliner for the 3rd year in a row, with it open to the public until 18 August 2019.

At 81m tall, the City Skyliner is the highest mobile observation tower of the world. The comfortable cabin, boasting a lift height of 72 metres, offers a unique view reaching as far as 29 kilometres with a 360° rotation. The fully air-conditioned cabin sits 60 passengers.

On Monday 15 July 2019, in the presence of representatives of the Ville de Luxembourg, a total of 650 free entrance tickets for the City Skyliner were donated to a number of organisations including Back to Sport, Caritas, the Luxembourg Red Cross, the Maison de la Porte Ouverte Foundation, the "Mier wellen iech ons Heemecht weisen" association, the Kannerland, the Konviktsgaart, the Lux Rollers, the Luxembourg Majorettes, the OLAI, the SHUK, the association RYSE, as well as Trisomie21.

The Ville de Luxembourg supports this City Skyliner initiative which allows people in difficult social and financial situations as well as children and seniors to fully enjoy this temporary summer attraction in the heart of the capital.
