The 8th edition of the Marionette Festival will take place over the Pentecost / Whit week-end of 19-21 May 2018 in the village of Tadler in northern Luxembourg, in the municipality of Esch-sur-Sûre.

Organised by the Rotondes team, the 3-day festival takes place in a setting as picturesque as it is unobtrusive, where young and old will discover puppet shows (operated by wires/strings or on sticks), 3D cine-puppets, theatre pieces, fairy tales and acting with music and objects, festive concerts, DJ sets, a carousel and much more. In total, around 130 events will be held under the scope of the festival.
