US artist Curtis Harding will be taking his upcoming tour to Luxembourg with a performance at Rotondes set for Wednesday 22 November 2017.
Hailing from Saginaw, Michigan, Harding describes himself as “a student of the gritty, sweat-dripping, hip-swinging blues that wafted through the air of the American sixties”. The soul musician has worked as a backup singer for Cee Lo Green, spent time in a Georgia rap group Proseed and currently plays in Black Lips guitarist Cole Alexander's quirky Night Sun. Now the Atlanta-via-Michigan singer has put his efforts into a blend of soul and rock that he calls "slop 'n' soul”.
For Curtis Harding, soul isn't a feeling, a sound or a movement. It's a connection, a current in the air -- the spark of recognition, emotions leaping across live wires. Harding says that soul music, and his music, speak for themselves.
Tickets for Curtis Harding’s Luxembourg tour date cost €23 and are available online at http://www.atelier.lu/Upcoming-Shows/Curtis-Harding#_=_
